Teacher's Bio:
I worked in the health spa business in the states from 1972 on and off until 1988. Started teaching yoga in 1972 in California. Did a three week teacher intensive with Geeta Iyengar in Pune India in 1988.

Yoga Babes and Mother Me
Yoga Babes is run by Yoga teacher and infant massage therapist, Katie Brown. Katie, a mother-of-three, has produced a 70-minute DVD - Yoga for Pregnancy and Birth which includes two Yoga routines, a baby bonding relaxation and a section on how to use breathing, Yoga positions and labour massage in childbirth. It is $29.95.

She has also released two relaxation CDs for mums-to-be and new mums. Each CD features original music by Ian Cameron Smith and runs for 65 minutes with three beautiful guided relaxations. The CDs cost $25 each.

She also offers pre and post-natal yoga classes, baby yoga, infant massage and workshops. She runs Yoga for Busy Mums on the Northern Beaches.

Katie is also the author of Mother Me – a self-help guide for new mums. Mother Me is published by Pan Macmillan and has received fabulous reviews.
